The details behind First Brand’s managed website plans, including monthly updates, optional buyout, and ownership. Your proposal confirms the agreed scope, delivery timing, and monthly billing start date.
All prices are in CAD, before applicable taxes. Setup is a one-time payment. Service is month-to-month, with no long-term minimum commitment.
Advanced’s allowance of up to 20 pages is subject to an agreed scope. Its two hours of monthly updates include one prioritized improvement within that allowance.
The initial build includes two consolidated revision rounds and a 30-day launch warranty for defects within the agreed scope.
One queued update request at a time. Unused monthly time does not roll over. Additional work is $125/hour with your approval. New functionality, major redesigns, e-commerce, custom integrations, and translation are separately scoped.
Your setup payment and part of each paid monthly payment count toward the build value. Buy the remaining balance when you choose, or keep the monthly service.
Choose a plan and the number of monthly payments already made. Your setup payment is included.
If service continues, the next monthly charge is $350, including $125 toward the build. All amounts before taxes.
The final build portion is capped at the balance remaining, reducing that month’s charge. Once the build is fully paid, continued care is optional at the rates above.
Cancel at the end of your paid period without a required buyout or future service fees. Without a completed buyout, the managed website licence and hosting end then. Your domain and supplied content remain yours.
A completed buyout transfers the supported Framer project, subject to platform capabilities and third-party licences. Hosting and platform subscriptions remain ongoing costs after transfer; unrestricted source-code export is not included.
Additional languages: quoted by scope. Your quote states the number of additional languages, platform plan, and billing cycle, including any annual billing assumption, required upgrade, or incremental usage costs.
Recurring localization/platform charges are separate from translation, AI translation credits, human review, and updates to translated content. These are included only when explicitly scoped and costed.
Ongoing AI Visibility is a separate optional service and is scoped and priced separately from the website plan.
